TARE) <br />• Earn scholarships for post -secondary Instruction <br />Develop leadership skills through various crew based and individual trainings <br />Transition successfully from the OCCC program into employment and/or post -secondary <br />Continuing education <br />• Complete work projects that benefit our local communities and instill a sense of community <br />service and pride in their communities <br />As a part of their training, participants are placed in on-the-job training, and they are paid for the <br />work they do. These paid work experience placements have been developed by the OCCC to <br />assist local cities, county agencies, and other nonprofit agencies with their conservation and land <br />management needs. OCCC work projects are environmentally driven and benefit the community. <br />Under this grant, OCCC will enroll 20 Santa Ana's youth ages 18 to 24 to participate in the OCCC <br />program. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />25B-110 <br />
