We will continue to provide one-on-one mentoring, tutoring and case -management services. <br />Additionally, we will provide skills development workshops as well as advanced MOOC <br />workshops to reinforce what they have learned. <br />D. Describe how your organization will ensure that youth meet the Performance Indicators <br />during the follow-up period. <br />Interns will attend career skills on-site instructor -based and MOOC-based workshops on resume <br />and cover letter creation, interviewing techniques and "Dressing for Success" as part of their on- <br />the-job training. Towards the completion of their program, interns will also attend workshops on <br />job searches, submit applications, and post their resumes on several sites. The youth are brought <br />into contact with potential employers and taught to present themselves effectively in the job <br />market. Students have access to an employment binder where a number of job postings are <br />included weekly. In addition the Case Manager sends several job leads to each participant's <br />email weekly. Atter exit, students will continue to have access to the employment binder and <br />also receive emails from Case Manager in regards to possible job leads <br />E. Describe if your organization will provide youth with incentives or supportive services <br />during follow-up to assist youth retention. <br />Youth will continue to receive college counseling, referrals, and access to all services that library <br />provides for free. We will not provide incentives, other than inviting youth to eciebration events, <br />and providing food and entertainment, <br />F. How often will the youth be engaged or receive service during the follow-up period. <br />At minimum, youth will be contacted on a monthly basis and will be encouraged to continue <br />meeting with their mentors on a monthly basis. Additionally, youth will be part of a mailing list <br />with invites to all library/TeenSpace events, special programs and workshops, <br />15. WIOA Performance Indicators <br />A.
