The <br />company has been in continuous operation since its founding dealing with coin <br />operated copiers, etc. for Libraries. In 1996 Ventura Business Systems, Inc. was <br />developed for the computer software side of the company. <br />We have been a Sharp dealer since 1982 and our technicians are all certified. In <br />1995 when the computer era started to evolve we began dealing with Hewlett <br />Packard. Now as the next generation is upon us Ventura Business Systems, Inc. <br />partnered with Envisionware that carries one of the top selling time and print <br />management software, RED book automation, self -checks and 24 hour Library's <br />and much more for Libraries. We are factory trained by Envisionware. <br />We have been involved with Public, Private, College, University and Law <br />Libraries since 1982. We feel confident that with our experience and technical <br />staff, we shall be able to continue to provide the Santa Ana Public Library with <br />efficient service, quality copies and all other services which may be required. <br />Again, thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal to the Santa Ana <br />Public Library. <br />2 <br />
