Qualifications <br />For Building Inspection Services <br />RFQ 917-030 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />EXHIBIT A -SCOPE OF WORK <br />American Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (AEL) is a C -Corporation registered in the <br />State of California, and has business license #27889 in the City of La Habra. Our main <br />office is located at 205 W. La Habra Blvd., La Habra, CA, 90631. <br />AEL is pleased to submit our Scope of Work to the City of Santa Ana RFQ #17-030 to <br />provide Building Inspection Services for the inspection of construction projects, Our <br />proposed Scope of Work is as follows, but not limited to on how AEL will fulfill the <br />requirements and expectations of the City: <br />1. Perform all building and safety inspections required by the City <br />Provide accurate daily inspection sheets/reports and note all discrepancies, cite <br />code violations, and issue correction or stop -work notices if needed <br />Perform all inspections in accordance with the City's adopted version of the <br />California Building Code, California Residential Code, California Green Building <br />Code, California Mechanical Code, California Plumbing Code, California Electrical <br />Code, and the Accessibility, Noise and Energy Conservation requirements as <br />mandated by State Title 24 and all applicable codes; and <br />4. Review permit packages to verify that onsite conditions are consistent with the <br />that may be applicable. <br />25F-64 <br />
