POLICY REVIEW & ADOPTION: <br />This investment policy shall be reviewed at least annually to ensure its consistency with the <br />overall objectives of preservation of PRINCIPAL, LIQUIDITY, AND YIELD and its relevance to <br />current law, financial and economic trends, and to meet the needs of the City of Santa Ana. The <br />Executive Director for FMSA shall annually render this Statement of Investment Policy to the City <br />Council and City Manager.
