The other system costs budget is a consolidated budget that includes applicable career services. The signed Phase I MOU required identification of the career services that were applicable to each partner progratri, Accordingly, this budget includes each of the partner's costs for the service delivery of each applicable career service and a consolidated system budget for career services applicable to more than one partner. Unlike infrastructure cost sharing, rather system costs, including °Applicable Career Services" are not limited to the non -personnel costs and should include all costs related to the administration and delivery of those services.
