If the job sign includes the acknowledgment and/or logo of one or more <br />other public lenders, the Department acknowledgment and logo shall also be displayed in a similar <br />size and layout. A copy of the Department and Program logo can be obtained by contacting the <br />Department Contract Manager. <br />Upon installation of the sign, the Sponsor shall submit a digital photograph thereof to the <br />Department to verify compliance with these signage requirements. <br />29. Photographs <br />The Sponsor will provide the Department, upon request, with copies of any photographs that may <br />be taken of the Affordable Housing Development by or on behalf of the Sponsor or the Affordable <br />Housing Development's architect. The Sponsor will provide an acceptable written consent and <br />release agreement authorizing use of said photographs, all at no expense to the Department, <br />COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION <br />30. Relocation Plan Implementation Report <br />The Sponsor shall provide a report, in a form acceptable to the Department, summarizing the <br />actions taken and identifying all Sponsors of relocation assistance and benefits, and the amounts <br />paid, and benefits provided, to or on behalf of each Sponsor. <br />31. Architect Certification <br />Where required by the Department, the Sponsor shall cause the Affordable Housing Development <br />architect(s) or other appropriate professional to certify to the Department, in form acceptable to <br />the Department, that all construction is completed in accordance with the "as -built" Plans and <br />Specifications and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws relating to <br />disabled accessibility. <br />AHSC Loan - Rental Affordable Housing Development <br />NOFA Date: 01/29/16 <br />Approved Date: 03/09/17 <br />Prep Date: 07/20/17 <br />
