30. Notices. All written notices and demands under the Grant Documents shall <br />be deemed served upon delivery or, if mailed, upon the date shown on the <br />delivery receipt (or the date on which delivery was refused as shown on the <br />delivery receipt) after deposit in United States Postal Service certified mail, <br />postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or after delivery or attempted <br />delivery by an express delivery service, and addressed to the address of <br />Recipient or to the primary place of business or the mailing address of the <br />Department, as applicable, appearing below.
