<br />2. The Contractor shall not require certified Small Business
<br />subcontractors to carry Liability Insurance that` exceedsthe limits in
<br />Section 2(f)(1), "Liability Limits/Additional Insureds, of these
<br />specifications. The maximum required Liability Insurance limits in
<br />Section 2(f)(1), "Liability Limits/Additional Insureds," of these
<br />specifications shall apply to;certified Small Business subcontractors
<br />for work performed on the project, regardless of tier. The provisions
<br />of Section 2(f)(1), "Liability Limits/Additional`' Insureds;" shall be
<br />included in all subcontracts for all tiers.
<br />f. LIABILITY LIMITS/ADDITIONAL INSUREDS
<br />1. The limits of liability shall be at least the amounts shown in the

<br />1. Combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage.
<br />2. This limit shall apply separately to the Contractor's work under this
<br />contract.
<br />3. The umbrella or excess policy shall contain a clause stating that it
<br />takes' effect (drops down) to the event the primary limits are impaired or
<br />exhausted.
<br />4. "Construction Contract Amount" is the total amount of the construction
<br />contract all or a portion of which is funded with AHSC funds.
<br />2. The State, including its officers, directors, agents (excluding agents
<br />who are design professionals), and employees, shall be named as
<br />additional insureds under the General Liability and Umbrella Liability
