Construction Phase Information <br />If requested by the Department, the Recipient shall provide the Department <br />A. Information during the construction period including but not limited to all change orders <br />and modifications to the construction documents, and all inspection reports of the Work, <br />Upon written notice to Recipient, the Department may require Its advance written approval <br />of all future change orders and modifications. Deviations from the plans and specifications <br />which have the effect of reducing the quality, life or utility of a specified item or system <br />must receive the prior written approval of the Department. Should change orders be <br />submitted to the Department for its approval, they shall be deemed accepted if not rejected <br />in writing within 10 business days of receipt by the Department, Recipient shall not <br />authorize or approve any change orders rejected by the Department where the <br />Department's approval is required, <br />8. Information during the construction period including but not limited to all change orders <br />and modifications to the construction documents, .all inspection reports prepared by the <br />Housing Development architect and other consultants, and information relative to the <br />Housing Development income, expenses, occupancy, relocation benefits and expenses, <br />contracts, operations and conditions of the Housing Development, Upon written notice to <br />Recipient, the Department may require its advance written approval of all future change <br />orders and modifications, Deviations from the plans and specifications which have the <br />effect of reducing the quality, life or utility of a specified item or system must receive the <br />prior written approval of the department. Should change orders be submitted to the <br />Department for its approval, they shall be deemed accepted if not rejected in writing within <br />10 business days of receipt by the Department. Recipient shall not authorize or approve <br />any change orders rejected by the Department where the Department's approval is <br />required.. <br />A.
