Tn addition, according to the Office of Historic Preservation, there are <br />no historic resource on the Project site. The Revised Project, which includes 42 single-family <br />detached residential units and a reduced or.smaller.Chwelt campus, would not affect any <br />structures that are eligible for listing as a historic resource. The Christ Our Savior Church parish <br />was founded in 2005 and the buildiirgs on the Project site were constructed atter 2005. `therefore, <br />the Revised Project would not result in eny-unpacts related to historical resources and no <br />mitigation is required. The Certified EIR also did not identify any impacts -to historical resources <br />that would occur from implementation of the Approved Project -JI erefore, the Revised Project <br />would not result in new significant impacts beyond those identified in the Certified ECR. No new <br />mitigation measures are required. <br />b) According to the City of Santa Ana General flan, Land Use Element (1998), the Project,site is <br />not located in an area of known -archeological sensitivity. However, because the general area was <br />once settled by Native American groups, there remains the probability that archeological <br />materials may be present below the surface: 'therefore, similar to the Approved Project, unknown <br />areh(wlottical resources could be exposed during l;qading'and site: preparation for the Revised <br />Project. The Revised Project wrottl(I be ruluired to comply with Mitigation Measure CR -1 from <br />the Certified Ella. As specified in Mitigation Measure CR -i, if archeological resources are <br />discovered at any time during construction activities, those activities would be halted in the <br />vicinity of the.
