Any amounts which Tenant is required to pay to Landlord pursuant to this Exhibit "F" (and/or for any services provided to Tenant in addition to <br />those Landlord is required to provide under this Exhibit "F" without additional charge) shall be payable upon demand by Landlord and shall <br />constitute Additional Rent. From time to time during the Tenn, Landlord shall have the right to modify the services provided to Tenant hereunder; <br />provided that the services provided, as so modified, are consistent with Institutional Owner Practices. Tenant recognizes that any access control <br />services provided by Landlord at the Project are for the protection of Landlord's property, and under no circumstances shall Landlord be responsible <br />for (and Tenant waives any rights with respect to) providing security or other protection for Tenant or its employees, invitces or property in or about <br />the Premises or the Project.
