Santa Ana Blvd, Suite 200 <br />Santa Ana, CA 92701 <br />County Executive Office <br />SUBJECT: COUNTY'S LETTER OF INTENT TO SUBLEASE OFFICE SPACE AT 801 <br />, CIVIC CENTER, SANTA ANA <br />The County of Orange- ("Countyf'lis interested in a potential sublease on behalf of the <br />_,Social Services Agency at.801-Ciyic Center, Santa Ana. This sublease would be contingent <br />upon the City of Santa;Ana ("City ) entering into a master lease agreement for the space, <br />as well as the County securing a reasonable sublease rate and terms. <br />The County's co -location with the,City through this sublease would be consistent with <br />the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) requirements. <br />- - - The -County's proposed sublease space/staff requirements are as follows: <br />o Hard walled office, Room 223 (approximate dimension 10x13) <br />o One large cubicle to be an interactive interview space (approximate dimension <br />8x10) space designated as cubicle #22 <br />o Three regular cubicles spaces designated as cubicle #21, 23, & 24 (Approximate <br />dimension per cubicle 8x8) <br />o Our intended common spaces that will be occupied by our three assigned staff will <br />be the break room and reception/lobby area <br />This request is not intended to be contractual in nature, but only an expression of the <br />basis upon which the County would consider entering into a sublease at the subject <br />property. Neither the City nor the County shall have an obligation to sublease the <br />subject property unless and until a written sublease in form and substance satisfactory <br />to the City and County has been prepared and executed by both parties, which <br />333 W.
