The <br />contractor was listed as Roy Russoll, who subdivided the Fioral Park neighborhood inihe 1920s and'1930s. At fho time of <br />construction, the property owner was listed as Horace C. Head, although it is unclear if Hood. ever lived in tho building. <br />According to city directories, the first recorded occupant is Michael Moffett o, who lived in the house beginning at soma time <br />before- 1947, and owned an aotomobila parking business. According to city directories and building permits; Iho second <br />recorded owner and occupant is Samuel Droizeri, an attorney and partner of Santa Ana -based law firm Moyer 8 Dreizenr <br />who occupied the property at soup time circa 1947-1040. In 1960, the occupant is recorded as Jorald D. Maxwell,, according <br />to voter registration records.
