Our approach to evaluating the City's rates and <br />fees will rely on technically sound principles and well -accepted industry practices that enhance the <br />City's legal and financial standing for its Prop 26/218 rates and fees. <br />Our firm brings a broader range of skills to this engagement compared to competitor firms, as our sole <br />purpose as a company is to consult California's cities on various municipal revenues, including special <br />taxes and assessments, utility rates, impact fees, overhead cost reimbursement and user and <br />regulatory fee programs.
