D. The City also agrees that if the existing employees who will be impacted by the <br />contracting out (i.e., those employees whose work will be contracted out if there is <br />an RFP accepted by the City) wish to bid for the work by submitting an response <br />to the RFP, the City will consider such response along with the other responses <br />received. <br />E. After the City receives the bids and identifies the most responsible bidder, the City <br />will notify the Union, who will have five calendar days to submit a subsequent bid <br />which will then be considered by the city in making its determination as to which <br />bidder to choose. <br />25B-71 <br />
