Huizar <br />Pursuant to Section 4 ("Term") of Agreement No. 2014-250, entered by First Carbon Solutions and the <br />City of Santa Ana, dated October 21, 2014, the time period of said Abqeement is hereby extended through <br />May 31, 2018. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
