ARTICLE XXV <br />25.0 WAIVER OF BARGAINING DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT <br />Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, this MOU fully and completely <br />incorporates the understanding of the parties regarding the provisions contained <br />in this MOU. Neither party shall, during the term of this MOU, demand any <br />change to the MOU, except that nothing shall prohibit the parties from changing <br />the terms of the MOU by mutual agreement and in writing signed by the parties. <br />Mf <br />25K-62 <br />
