Escalations: In the event that the Granicus Project Manager does not respond to <br />Client's needs, Client shall directly contact Granicus's Director of Professional <br />Services (please email implementation@granicus.com to contact the Director of <br />Professional Services). <br />2. Resource Plan: Client and Granicus will collaborate to compile a list of all personnel <br />from Client and Granicus that are associated with the project. The list should include <br />each person's role in the project and contact information as well as their allocation <br />to the project. <br />3. Training Plan: Granicus will provide Client with the Training Plan on the Project Kickoff <br />Call. <br />6.2. Milestone 2: Implementation <br />Granicus will deliver any required and purchased hardware to Client. Granicus will <br />install and configure solution software for Client. <br />Customization and Configuration Design Phase: Granicus will collaborate with Client to <br />develop the architecture and configuration design for each module of the overall <br />solution. Deliverables: <br />a. Architecture Design Document <br />b. Summary of Configuration Design Document <br />Open Platform: The Granicus Open Platform is the cloud -based foundation for all <br />Granicus applications. It allows government organizations to manage and store an <br />unlimited amount of government public meeting data and includes free access to <br />Granicus's APIs and SDKs. The Granicus Open Platform includes the ability to upload <br />and publish content including videos and documents. <br />DELIVERABLES: MediaManager. MediaManager is a web -based platform that allows data <br />to flow among the various Granicus modules included in the solution. For example, <br />agendas created in Legistar can be accessed during meetings via LiveManager and <br />also from mobile devices using the iL.egislate app. Also, meeting videos recorded <br />through LiveManager can be trimmed from MediaManager. MediaManager is a <br />hosted on the Granicus cloud, therefore it will not have to be installed on individual user <br />machines. <br />MediaManager Deliverables: <br />a. Granicus will provide a MediaManager URL (usually clientname.granicus.com). <br />b. Granicus will provide a username and password for the primary stakeholder <br />(usually the Client Project Manager). <br />c.
