GG R A N I C U S RFP NO.: 17-107 Automated Agenda Workflow <br />Program and Meeting Video Streaming/Archiving <br />Rights to Data & Content <br />All data or content generated in or through the proposed solution must be accessible <br />and exportable by the City of Santa Ana at all times in standard format that does not <br />require custom licensing. The proposal should include confirmation that the selected <br />proposer will make data/content accessible and exportable in this manner at all times <br />without cosi to the City. <br />Granicus Response: We provide a RESTful WebAPI that allows data to be extracted in <br />and out of the Legislative Management solution in a XML format. <br />Contract Termination <br />Indicate whether the proposer has had a contract terminated in the lost five years. <br />Please specify if the contract was terminated for default or some other reason. For the <br />purposes of this RFP, termination for default is defined as notice to stop performance <br />due to a vendor's non-performance or poor performance and the issue of <br />performance either a) was not litigated; b) was litigated and such litigation determined <br />that the vendor was in default; or c) is the subject of pending litigation. <br />Submit full details of the termination, including the other party's name, address, and <br />phone number. Include your position on the matter. The City will evaluate the facts in its <br />sole discretion. If the proposer has not experienced any such terminations in the past <br />five years, please indicate this. <br />Granicus Response: We have not experienced any such terminations in the past five <br />years. <br />Business License <br />The selected proposer must possess a City of Santa Ana business license while <br />conducting work under this contract. The proposal should include confirmation that the <br />proposer agrees to obtain a business license if selected. <br />Granicus Response: We agree to obtain a business license if selected. <br />Standard Agreement <br />Granicus Response: If awarded the opportunity to work with Santa Ana, we request that <br />the City use our Master Services Agreement as the starting point for negotiations with <br />the City.
