FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TESTING PLAN <br />Items needed for testing include: <br />• Keys for each equipment type <br />• Laptop with Domgar access for viewing the Control Center <br />• License Plates <br />• Valid Credit Cards of Each Type (MC, AMEX, VISA) <br />• NFC Payment Type <br />• Invalid Credit Card <br />• Expired Credit Card <br />• Proximity Cards <br />• AVI Tags <br />• ADVAM OR Codes for each scenario <br />• Validations of each type (Chaser, eVal, OR code) <br />• Cash for POF Transactions <br />FAT Test General Procedures <br />Testing will begin with a physical examination of the components to ensure they are without damage and in <br />working order. Sentry representatives and XXXXXrepresentatives will complete the test scripts as the test <br />progresses with the lane ID and other pertinent information. Any deviations or items of note will be recorded In <br />the comments field. All deviations will be documented, corrected, and re -tested if necessary. Each transaction <br />will be recorded In the FAT Transaction Log to aid in reconciliation during the reporting portion of the FAT. <br />The test procedures identify the user functionality to be tested as listed In the functional specifications. An <br />indication of "Pass", "Fail", or "Deviation" will be recorded In each step of the respective test script. If a function <br />performs as designed but the test script is incorrect, both parties agree to modify the script as long as the <br />specified function works as required. Minor deviations are not to be considered grounds for failure of the FAT. <br />Major deviations found during the FAT will result in the retest of the respective equipment, software, or <br />subsystem before the FAT is considered successfully complete. <br />Minor deviations are defined as any deviation that does not affect system functionality, fee calculation accuracy, <br />transaction count accuracy, exception count accuracy, transaction processing, credit card processing, or <br />calculations. Major deviations are any failures that do affect system functionality, fee calculation accuracy, <br />transaction count accuracy, exception count accuracy, transaction processing, credit card processing, or <br />calculations. <br />Page 4 <br />
