Rent control is a bad plan and the wrong vote for Santa
Ana's future!
Rent control is bad for business and bad for housing and has
driven housing costs sky high in Santa Monica, Oakland, San
Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and West Hollywood. Keep it
out of Orange County and keep it out of Santa Anal
