HISCOX <br />" General Liability Coverage Part (Occurrence) <br />Property damage <br />means: <br />1, physical injury to tangible property, including all resulting loss of use of that property. All <br />such loss of use will be deemed to occur at the time of the physical injury that caused it; or <br />2. loss of use of tangible property that is not physically injured. All such loss of use will be <br />deemed to occur at the time of the occurrence that caused it. <br />Tangible property does not include any software, data, or other information in electronic form. <br />Retention <br />means the amount stated as such under the General Liability Coverage Part section of the <br />Declarations. <br />Temporary worker <br />means a person who is furnished to you to substitute for a permanent employee on leave or to <br />meet seasonal or short-term workload conditions. Temporary worker does not include leased <br />worker. <br />Volunteer worker <br />means a person who is not your employee, and who donates his or her work and acts at your <br />direction and within the scope of duties determined by you, and is not paid a fee, salary, or other <br />compensation by you or anyone else for their work performed for you. <br />You, your, or insured <br />means the named insured and any other person or organization expressly described as an <br />insured in Section III. Who is an insured. <br />Your product <br />1. means any: <br />a. goods or products, other than real property, manufactured, sold, handled, distributed, <br />or disposed of by: <br />(1) you; <br />(2) others trading under your name; or <br />(3) a person or organization whose assets or business you have acquired; and <br />b. containers (other than vehicles), materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection <br />with such goods or products; <br />2. includes: <br />a. representations or warranties made at anytime with respect to the durability, fitness, <br />performance, quality, or use of your product; and <br />b. the providing of or failure to provide instructions or warnings; and <br />3. does not include vending machines or other property loaned or rented to or located for the <br />use of others but not sold. <br />Your work 1. . means: <br />a. work or operations performed by you or on your behalf; and <br />b. materials, parts, or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations; <br />and <br />2. includes: <br />a. representations or warranties made at any time with respect to the durability, fitness, <br />performance, quality, or use of your work; and <br />b. the providing of or failure to provide instructions or warnings. <br />Includes copyrighted material of Insurance <br />Services Offices, Inc., with its permission <br />WCL P0002 CW (10/14) Page 19 of 19 <br />
