On March 17, <br /> 2020,by Resolution No. 2020-016, the City of Santa Ana declared a local emergency. <br /> (collectively with related federal, state, and county orders, "Government Orders"). Ensuing <br /> physical distancing and other measures imposed by the state have resulted in the closing of City <br /> parks making it currently impossible to hold any events in those parks. <br /> Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty about when carnivals and the events <br /> of the type covered by this Agreement will be able to take place again, the City is hereby giving <br /> notice, pursuant to section 19 of the Agreement, of termination of Agreement A-2018-019 dated <br /> February 6, 2018 as amended.
