HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-01 <br />(Property: 9237 West Third Street — Guillen House) <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute the attached agreement with Erik Robert Wood, property <br />owner, for the structure located at 1237 West Third Street, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />C. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-11 <br />(Property: 817 North Lacy Street — McNeil House) <br />MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of <br />the Council to execute the attached agreement with Francisco Lacy, property <br />owner, for the structure located at 817 North Lacy Street, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />D.
