SIEMENS <br />ft+;rec�wiry. jvrCife. <br />Scope of Services and Schedule <br />Siemens will provide, at minimum, the following services to the City of Santa Ana. A preliminary project <br />schedule which details the work phases to be completed, the tasks to be accomplished, and the <br />deliverables to be provided follows this page. <br />Siemens will provide the following services: <br />1. Option 1- LED Fixture Evaluation <br />a. Detailed review of streetlight system and available attribute and GIS information <br />b. Establish baseline streetlight system <br />c. Define project goals with City staff <br />d. Develop final criterion and process for LED fixture evaluation <br />e. Develop typical streetlight configurations for arterial, collector and local streets, along <br />with any other unique areas of City concern <br />f. Perform photometric analysis of all fixture types at typical locations in AG132 <br />g. Create financial models outlining the cost -benefits of each manufacturer scenario <br />h. Provide City with final analysis and recommendation for selection <br />2. Option 2- Furnish LED fixtures <br />a. Provide procurement support for the negotiation and purchase of associated streetlight <br />materials <br />b. Provide material logistics and warehousing of all material <br />3. Option 3- Install LED fixtures <br />a. Assist the City during the asset transition period from SCE ownership to City <br />ownership <br />b. Provide labor and equipment for the installation of approximately 7,800 LED fixtures <br />c. Provide safe handling and recycling of all existing streetlight system materials <br />d. Efficiently install materials optimizing the schedule and maximizing energy savings <br />e.
