He will also support the contract management team and also serve as the <br />City's first point of escalation, if necessary. <br />Experience with the minimum requirements stated herein <br />Mike has over 22 years of extensive experience in both the technical and construction related <br />aspects of the traffic signal and streetlight maintenance industry. He has served in many <br />different capacities with increasing responsibility as he has shown himself to be thorough, <br />professional and competent through the years from field laborer to project management, and <br />most recently Operations management. Mike is responsible for overall profits and losses for the <br />Southwest US territory with responsibility for 30 office employees, management of 70 field <br />employees and 115 traffic signal and street lighting maintenance Customers.
