LEED Green Associate <br />energy efficiency measures to be funded by Prop 39, Phase 1— Project <br />Identification: Benchmarking, ASHRAE Level II Audits, engineering <br />development, and CEC reporting and tracking. Phase 2 — Project <br />Implementation: Developing technical bid process and providing <br />- <br />technical oversight during the implementation process. <br />• Citrus College <br />Currently supporting Citrus College in the development of direct <br />- <br />purchase solar system at its main campus. Managing the technical <br />design review and approval process, advising on construction issues, <br />and ensuring that the project provides a positive net financial benefit <br />to the College. <br />• City of Manhattan Beach <br />Provides energy engineering support for NAM's project development, <br />outreach, and funding activities for energy efficiency and renewable <br />generation projects at the City of Manhattan Beach. <br />• San Diego County Office of Education <br />Works closely with the office's Energy &, Resource Management <br />Specialist to craft an RFP for solar project procurement, including the <br />- <br />installation of several electric vehicle charging stations, with various <br />financing options.
