MEMORANDUM <br />'` 1 <br />To: Raul Godinez II, City Manager Date: April 3, 2018 <br />From: Edwin "William" Galvez, Acting Executive <br />Director PWA <br />Subject: AGREEMENT WITH SCE FOR ELECTRICAL SERVICE <br />As part of the traffic signal improvements for the Bristol Widening project, a new traffic signal <br />service cabinet will be installed at Bristol St & Washington Ave. A contract for Extension of <br />Electrical Distribution Line Rule 15 is needed in order for SCE to install a new service meter on <br />the traffic signal cabinet. <br />City Attorney Office has reviewed, approved the contract as to form and determined that <br />the contract must be approved by the City Manager under the authorization of Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code Section 2-801: City manager's authority.
