SIEMENS <br />.ta=t± fore fe <br />Alex Valenti <br />Position with the Company <br />Account Manager and Senior Energy Engineer <br />Length of time with the Company <br />3 years <br />Licenses, registrations and certifications as required by low to perform the Scope of Work <br />described herein <br />Professional Certification, Project Management, San Francisco State University <br />Association of Energy Engineers <br />California Street Light Association <br />Educational background <br />Bachelor of Science, Environmental Science, University of California Berkeley <br />Bachelor of Science Minor, Energy and Resources, Universityof California Berkeley <br />Role in the Project <br />Alex will be the primary contact for all elements of the street light project for the City, The <br />responsibilities of the Account Manager include coordination of the project team, confirming <br />project requirements, monitoring milestones and providing open communication with the <br />customer, The Account Manager will address legal issues including all contract -related <br />documents, assist in the transition from one phase of the project to the next, maintain time <br />schedules, and ensure that all documentation is in order. <br />Experience with the minimum requirements stated herein <br />In addition to being the as the Western US Account Manager and technical expert for LED street <br />light conversion programs for Siemens. This involves developing Investment Grade Assessments <br />(IGA) for large municipal street light conversion programs, performing energy analysis, and <br />material specification, as well as working closely with our clients to ensure they are receiving the <br />best possible LED Installation service. <br />Mr, Valenti worked as a Project Manager for Energy Solutions coo(dinating energy efficiency <br />rebate programs and developing California energy efficiency building codes. This included <br />managing large scale commercial lighting conversions and facilitating the participation of <br />California Investor Owned Utilities in building code development. Prior to Energy Solutions, Mr. <br />Valenti worked as a Researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory assisting in the <br />development of Federal lighting standards, and detailed economic, technical and market based <br />analysis, Mr. Valenti also has four years experience as an Environmental Consultant for <br />Commercial and Residential construction projects. <br />Work history on similar or like projects with the other municipalities <br />San Mateo, CA- LED Street Light Conversion <br />Mr. Valenti is the Account Manager for this project. Siemens is currently assisting the City of San <br />Mateo in the LED conversion of approximately 4,000 cobrahead and 1,100 decorative street <br />lights. This project included a GIS field audit of the street light system, specification of a variety <br />of decorative street light types and providing utility rebate and billing adjustments throughout <br />implementation. <br />Page 11 <br />
