A party will immediately notify <br />the other party in writing of any address change. <br />39. Recording: Licensee will not record this Agreement. <br />40. Complete Agreement: Licensor and Licensee acknowledge that the foregoing provisions <br />and any appendix, addenda and exhibits attached hereto constitute the entire Agreement between the <br />parties. This Agreement may not be modified, amended, contradicted, supplemented or altered in any <br />way by any previous written or oral agreements or any subsequent oral agreements or unsigned wTitten <br />agreements. This Agreement may be modified or amended only by way of a writing executed by both <br />parties. <br />41. Signature Authority: Each of the persons executing this Agreement warrants and <br />represents that he or she has the full and complete authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of <br />the Party for which he or she is signing, and to bind said party to the agreements, covenants and terms <br />contained herein. <br />42.
