Pursuant to Section 1.02(a) ("Tenn") of Site License Agreement No. A-2016-201, entered into by
Califomia Yellow Cab and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 1, 2016 and as previously
extended, the time period of the Agreement is further extended for an additional one year, from
August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019. The insurance certificates are required to be extended
and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect,
