Pursuant to Section 3 of Agreement No. A-2013-144, entered into by the City of Santa Ana and PCC
Network Solutions, a Pacific Coast Cabling, Inc, company dated September 3, 2013, and as provided by the First
Amendment to Agreement (A-2014-161) dated July 1, 2014, the parties opted on September 1, 2016, to extend
the Agreement for the first of the three one (1) year extensions for the period from September 1, 2016, through
August 31, 2017. On August 8, 2017, the parties exercised their option for a second one (1) year extension of
the Agreement for the period from September 1, 2017, through August 31, 2018. The parties, by operation of
this letter, choose to exercise their third and final one (1) year extension of the Agreement for the period from
September t, 2018, through August 31, 2019.
The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
