Planning Commissioners,
I do not support approving a CUP for the Main Sports
Grill. (2531 S. Main St)
This bar was operating without city approval since June
2017. The Facebook page was promoting the bar
serving alcohol and live entertainment. Pics attached.

This property has a long history of un-permitted
activities that have negatively impacted the Delhi
neighborhood. The back parking lot leads directly into
the residential neighborhood and patrons of this
business will cause issues for the residents late at night.
From my understanding, the active liquor license
(#557789) is under MLG Enterprises, and Joseph M.
Rodriguez is not listed as an Officer of MLG
Enterprises. One would think the currently holder of the
active liquor license would be the one applying for a
Conditional Use Permit for this business.
Since this bar was operating without city approval last
year and will negatively impact the quality of life for
the Delhi neighborhood, I respectfully request that you
do not approve their CUP request.
