THIS AMENDMENT NO. 8 is effective as of this q i day of , 2018, by
and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, (hereinafter referred to as "AUTHORITY')
and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter
referred to as "CITY').
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by
Amendment No. 7, dated April 26, 2018, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative agreement
for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and
WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by twelve (12)
months to allow for completion of the work:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that
Cooperative Agreement No. 0-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
1. Amend ARTICLE 2. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS, page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last
changed by Amendment No. 7, dated April 26, 2018, to delete "December 31, 2019" as the expiration
date of the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert "December 31, 2020."

The balance of said Cooperative Agreement remains unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 8 to
Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 to be executed on the effective date above written.
