C C1 1 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into this 281 day of September,
U "2018, by and between McCune & Harber, LLP, a California limited liability company ("Attorneys"), and
the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the
Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2018-174, dated August 17, 2018 ("Agreement"), by which
Attorneys agreed to provide legal services.
B. Theterm oftheAgreement is from August 17, 2018 through August 16, 2019, and is currently in effect.
C. In preparation for their work with the City, Attorneys provided services beginning in late July 2018 up
to the effective date of the Agreement. The.parties wish to allow the Agreement to render payment to
the Attorneys for services rendered. No additional funds are required to this Amendment during the
term of the Agreement.
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 3, Compensation, is amended to allow for payment for services rendered by the Attorneys in
the months of July and August 2018.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment; all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain
in full force and cffect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement on the
date and year first written above,
