The undersigned, City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation (the
"Beneficiary"), in and under the provisions of that certain Deed of Trust executed by
Depot at Santiago, L.P., a California limited partnership (the "Trustor") to Amerinational
Community Services, a California corporation, as "Trustee" for the Beneficiary, dated
July 11, 2013, and recorded August 9, 2013 in the office of the Recorder of Orange
County, State of California, as Instrument No. 2013000476764, as modified (the "Deed
of Trust"), in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, hereby gives notice
of the Substitution and Appointment of the Beneficiary in place and instead of the
Trustee, and does hereby vest in said substituted Trustee, all the rights, title, estate,
power, duty and trusts conferred by the Deed of Trust therein named.
NOW THEREFORE, City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation, as
substituted Trustee, does hereby GRANT AND PARTIALLY RECONVEY unto the
parties entitled thereto without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the said
Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto,
situated in the County of Orange, State of California.
The remaining property described in said Deed of Trust shall continue to be held by said
Trustee under the terms thereof, This Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Partial
Reconveyance is made without affecting the personal liability of any person or the
corporate liability of any corporation for the payment of the indebtedness mentioned as
secured thereby or the unpaid portion thereof, nor shall it affect any rights or obligations

of any of the parties to said Deed of Trust.
