Pursuant to Section 6 {"Tenn") of Agreement No. A-2014-242 entered into by and between Colantucno,
Highsmith & Whatley, PC and the City of Santa Ana, dated October 21, 2014, the time period of the Agreement
is hereby extended for an additional period of October 21, 2018 to November 30, 2018, The Insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other tarns and conditions
of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
