Hu zar Rea Extension of Right of Entry Agreement re 2120 2130 S Bristol Street Agreement No. A-2017-272-01 Dear Mr. Gold: Pursuant to the above -referenced agreement, entered into by An Zone Santa Ana, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, attached as Exhibit 1, the term of the Agreement is further extended for the period Brom January 1, 2019. through December 31, 2019 to accommodate construction of the Bristol Street Widening Project, Phase 4. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewal to cover this extension. All other terns and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
