CHANGE ORDER TO MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE ONGOING CITY-WIDE CAMERA SYSTEM PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE FOR THE VIDEO SECURITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (Windsor Park - Change Order 2017.289-1) On October 17, 2017, Siemens Industry, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, entered into Agreement # A- 2017.289, which provided for video security enhancement services for sites as defined by the Agreement. Pursuant to section 4 of the Agreement, the parties agree to exercise the change order provision for services as detailed in the attached Exhibit A-1 and identified as change order 2017-2894.
