AND SANTA ANA CITY COUNCIL

We, NORMA MITRE and TERESA POMEROY, being duly appointed City Clerks for the City of
Santa Ana and City of Garden Grove respectively, HEREBY CERTIFY that the Korea Daily,
Excelsior, Register, Orange County News, Viet Bao, Nguoi Viet, and Korea Daily Newspaper
were notified that a Special Joint Meeting of the Santa Ana City Council and the Garden
Grove City Council has been called by Mayor Pulido and Mayor Jones for Tuesday, January
29, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. in the City of Garden Grove, Community Meeting Center, 11300
Stanford Avenue, Garden Grove, California 92840.
We FURTHER CERTIFY that we caused to be posted a copy of the notice calling for the
Special Meeting at a location that is freely accessible to members of the public, at the
respective City Hall bulletin boards,
