Pursuant to Section 2.2 of Agreement No. A-2017-332, entered into by Vacant Property
Security LLC and the City of Santa Ana, which commenced on December 5, 2017, the term of the
Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from December 5, 2018
through December 4, 2019. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed
to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
