Re: A-2016-239, Systems & Software, Inc., End User License Agreement (A-2008-053) —Third
Amendment to Agreement - Exercise of First of 2 One (1) Year Extension Options
Dear Dana Lendorf-McCarthy,
Pursuant to the Third Amendment to End User License Agreement (A-2008-053), ("Third Amended
Agreement") A-2016-039, entered into between Systems & Software, Inc. ("S&S") and the City of
Santa Ana ("City"), dated March 15, 2016, the Term of the Third Amended Agreement is three (3)
years commencing January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2018, with 2 one (1) year extension
options exercisable by the City. The City herewith exercises the first one (1) year extension option.
Accordingly, the term of this extension shall begin 12 am, on January 1, 2019 and end on 12 a.m.
January I, 2020. All other terms and conditions of said Third Amended Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
