AMENDMENT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT N -2019-Q25
WHYREAS. the City of Santa Ana on the one hand- and Envision Properties, LLC,
ame§ S Ilona and Kook II Hong on the other hand (hereinafter referred to collectively as the
"Parties") entered into Settlement Agreement N-7019-075 (hereinafter the "Settlement
Agreement' ), to resolve disputes arising, from the illegal use of and public nuisances upon,
oro-perty locatedat 902-914 N. Harbor. Santa Ana C'.Alifornia 92704 the REgRCrtfh attd
WHEREAS, Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement contains an error with rospect to the
days on which the rear trate of the property is to be secured: and.
WHEREAS. the Parties desire to amend Exhibit A to the Settlement Aorcement to set
Port the correct days on which the rear Pate of the propertyis ,s to be secured.
NOW. TIJEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Section 1, I(a) of Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement isherelryamgaded to
readas follows;
Sect rite and Surveillance
(a) Maintain and ensure that at least one (1) licensed and trained security guard is present
on the property and patrolling the property at least three days a week as follows:
Fridays: 10:00 p.rn. to 2:00 a.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Sundays: 10:00 p.m. to 2;00 a.m.
The security guard will be required to open and close the gate that secures the rear
parking lot at the property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday
through Saturday.
2. Section 5.1(a) of Exhibit A to the Settlement Agreement is hereby amended to
read as follows;

(a) Install and maintain secure gate for the rear parking lot area. The security guard
will be required to open and close the gate that secures the rear parking lot at the Property
between dte hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a:m. Sunday through Saturday.
Except as set forth herein, all remaining terms of Settlement Agreement shall
remain in full force and et%et.
