Re: Extension of Title and Escrow related Services Agreement No. A-2015.048
Dear Mr. Kennedy.
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2015-048, entered into by First American
Title Company and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 7, 2015, the time period of said Agreement
is hereby extended for an additional one year period, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020. The
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other
terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
