Pursuant to Section 2 ("Term and Termination") of the Interagency Fleet Maintenance and Repair Services
Agreement, No. A-2018-246, entered by and between the Orange County Fire Authority and the City of
Santa Ana, dated November 1, 2018, the Term of the Agreement may be extended for an additional six (6)
month period exercisable by mutual agreement of both Parties. Accordingly, the City hereby presents this
written notice of extension to exercises the six (6) month extension of the Term, thus extending the time
period of said Agreement from May 1, 2019, to November 1, 2019, upon execution of the same by both
Parties. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in fall force and effect.
