Re: Extension of Data Protection Services Agreement No. N-2010-029 and Vendor Name

Pursuant to Section I of Amendment No. 1 (No. A-2016-040) to the above -referenced Agreement, entered
into by Recall Total Information Management, Inc. ("Recall") and the City of Santa Ana, effective March
15, 2016, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one year, or through the
period ending March 14, 2020. Additionally, all references to "Recall" in the Agreement and Amendment
No. 1 shall remain changed to "Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC." as a result of Iron
Mountain's acquisition of Recall, which is evidenced by Exhibit A. The insurance certificates are required
to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
