PUBLIC COMMENTS - Members of the public may address the City Council on items on the
Closed Session Agenda.
CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without
members of the public present. The City Council finds,based on advice from the City Attorney,that discussion in open
session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated litigation:
1. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE EMPLOYMENT/EVALUATION OF
PERFORMANCE/DISCIPLINE OR DISMISSAL/RELEASE/APPOINTMENT
pursuant to Government Code 54957(6)(1)
A) Title: City Manager.
B) Title: Acting/Interim City Manager
CLOSED SESSION REPORT - The City Attorney will report on any action(s) to be taken at the Special
Open Meeting which will begin immediately following the Closed Session Meeting.

The City Attorney will report items to be added to Consent Calendar from the Closed Session meeting.

1. APPROVAL OF SEPARATION AGREMENT WITH CITY MANAGER
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Agreement to be provided and authorize
Acting/Interim City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute said agreement if
terms approved in special closed session meeting.
ADJOURNMENT - The next meeting of the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday,January 15,
2019 at 5:00 p.m. for the Closed Session Meeting immediately followed by
the Regular Open Business Meeting at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber, 22
Civic Center Plaza,
