Pursuant to Section 3 t"Term") of Agreement No. A-2018-095, entered into by Siemens Industry,
Inc. Intelligent Traffic Systems and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 3, 2018, and as subsequently
transferred to Siemens Mobility, Inc., the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an
additional one year, from April 3, 2019 through April 2, 2020. The insurance certificates are
required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of
the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
