BEFORE THE SANTA ANA CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
The City of Santa Ana encourages the public to participate in the decision -making
process. The following notice is being provided so that you can ask questions,
make comments and stay informed about projects that might be important to you.
We encourage you to contact us prior to the Public Hearing if you have any
questions.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN - The City Council of the City of Santa Ana will hold a public
hearing to consider Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2019-01 to amend Chapter 41
(Zoning) to add a definition for "Schools" and to allow Schools as a permitted use in the
Specific Development No. 82 Zoning District at 2601-2617 West Fifth Street. If approved,
Vista Heritage Charter School intends to expand their 6-8th grade operation located at
2609 West Fifth Street to include Kindergarten through 5th_grades within the spaces
located at 2601 through 2617 West Fifth Street.
